FSH Test

Hello

Last year i had a test done for Fertility with the GP my FSH was 10.8 i am assuming this is average could someone advise?

Hi Tracey. The normal range for blood FSH level is between 2-10. As yours is a little over, it might be an idea to repeat the test and make sure it is done on Day 2 of your menstrual cycle. If it remains slightly over the upper limit, then it may prove harder to stimulate your ovaries during infertility treatment. this would depend upon your age too and your consultant's recommendations.
